When you need a professional installation, call us to schedule an appointment to meet with you and find out what you are looking for and what it will take to meet your expectations and needs.  Proposals are free.

We will then show you some options that you can choose from.

We do not stamp our name behind one particular brand.  Rather, you will be able to choose from a list of equipment that has been compiled based on price, needs, and reliability of the heating and/or cooling products.  This is to assure you that you will be getting the best possible choice for the best possible price.

Keep in mind that the best possible price may not necessarily be the lowest price that you CAN get if you were to go with another company.  This is because there is a difference between COST and VALUE.  There is a higher value standing behind Emerald.  With N.A.T.E. certification, EPA certification, as well as many other training certificates, VALUE increases.  With the exceptional customer service, VALUE increases.  And we will be using certain brands also based on availability from local supply houses.  This also increases value because if you ever need a certain upgrade or specific part, they will be readily available.  This too increases the VALUE of our products.


 


G.E.M. PLANS

A Grand Emerald Maintenance (GEM) plan is a service plan that is designed to not only maintain your furnace and air conditioner, but insure that they are running in peak performance.  Included in this plan, we will clean and service your furnace every fall, and your air conditioner every spring.  You will receive a filter change or cleaning at each service.  There will also be tests done on your equipment in order to make sure they are running the way they should.  Your furnace will get a combustion analysis, check gas pressure, check temperature rise, as well as many other points of inspection.  Your air conditioner will be checked for proper amperages, suction and discharge pressures, superheat, as well as many other points of inspection.  If it looks like a part is getting close to failing, you will be notified.  It will then be up to you whether you would like to take action at that point, or wait for another time.

G.E.M. Plan holders will also receive discounts if a service call is unexpected and needed any other time of the year.  There will not be any after hour charges, PLUS you will get an additional 15% off your bill.

The cost of a G.E.M. Plan is $99 for the first time sign up, then $120 for every year after that.
